Siemens refuses to replace the rust on the refrigerator door, claiming it's consumer-induced. They base this assertion on two photos provided by their service team. We have used the refrigerator for 2.5 years without a single unauthorized modification. If this issue were indeed consumer-induced, it would be localized; however, the rust appears across the entire upper, middle, and lower regions of the door. These isolated rust spots are expanding and multiplying daily.
This problem, exclusive to the refrigerator, is not present in other Siemens products we use. Yet, Siemens deems us at fault without justification. The response we received on the complaint platform ""sikayetvar"" mirrors the same unhelpful stance. Siemens continues to leave us, loyal consumers, in distress. We assert that there is no issue caused by us, and we will persist in seeking resolution for our rights.
