I am a user from Rwanda, and my Sidra Chain app account was hacked. On April 23, I noticed that more than 1,000 SDA tokens had been stolen from my account without my authorization. After discovering the hack, I immediately tried to secure my account by changing my password and taking other security measures. However, the attackers still appear to have active sessions on my account, and I am unable to remove or terminate those sessions myself. Because of this, I do not feel that my account is secure, and I am afraid of further losses. I also attempted to contact Sidra Chain support, but the system displayed an error and my request failed, so I could not reach customer service or open a proper support ticket. At the moment, I am stuck with a compromised account and a significant loss of SDA tokens. I request that all unauthorized sessions be urgently removed from my Sidra Chain account, that any hacker access be blocked, and that my account be fully secured. In addition, if technically possible, I ask that my stolen tokens be recovered and returned to me, or at least that I receive a clear explanation of what can be done in this situation. I would like this incident to be investigated in detail and to be informed in writing about the outcome and the measures taken to protect my account.
