Kycport Locked Me Out After Google Authenticator 2FA Codes Failed

For about half a month, I have been unable to access my account because the 2FA codes from Google Authenticator are always shown as invalid when I try to log in. After losing access to my previous Google Authenticator setup, I can no longer generate a valid code, and therefore I am completely locked out of my Kycport / Sidra Chain account. I tried to contact your side via ticket to Hoai, but I could not get through and have not received any support or response. I kindly request that you remove or disable 2FA for my account, or provide an alternative secure verification method so that I can regain access. I am ready to complete any necessary identity verification steps you require to confirm that I am the rightful owner of the account.
