KYCport Can't Match My ID and Selfie During Sidra Chain Verification

I attempted to complete identity verification on KYCport today for my Sidra Chain account by uploading a photo of my California driver’s license along with a selfie. Despite following the instructions, the system keeps displaying a message that it “can’t match” the documents and will not complete the verification process. During this process, I used the email address ga***786@gmail as my contact information. On the verification page, uploading a picture through a file works, but the button for taking a picture directly does not respond when clicked, which makes it harder to complete the verification as intended. I have not yet been able to reach KYCport or Sidra Chain support because I could not find a clear way to contact them through the platform. I kindly request that my documents be reviewed and that my identity be verified manually, if possible. In addition, I would be happy to provide any information or feedback needed to help improve the system. I also ask that the non-working picture-taking button and any related technical issues on the verification page be fixed so that other users do not experience the same problem.
