I have been experiencing an ongoing issue with Sidra Chain’s KYC identity verification process, as my KYC application was rejected and has remained unresolved for over a year.
I have not received any clear explanation regarding the reason for this rejection, nor have I been given guidance on how to correct or resubmit my information. As a result of this issue, I have been unable to access or use the services with my account registered under the email address arfoahm**@yahoo.com, causing a prolonged and unnecessary delay.
