ShortMax Fails to Respond After Unauthorized Payment
On March 15, 2026, a charge of approximately $10 was made from my bank card by ShortMax without my consent. Despite this charge, no subscription has been activated on my account. There is also no section within the app or elsewhere where I can view or cancel this supposed membership.
I reported the issue to ShortMax, but I have not received any response so far. My ShortMax ID number is 199492676. I request a full refund of the $10 charged to my card, the immediate and permanent cancellation of any associated subscription, and assurance that no further unauthorized charges will be made to my card.
