Shortmax Innovations Unauthorized Charges – Cannot Cancel Subscription

I am being repeatedly charged by Shortmax Innovations for an app subscription or weekly membership that I never knowingly consented to and that I am unable to manage or cancel. The unauthorized charges started around 15 March and have continued up to the present, with a total of approximately $39.98 taken so far. The payments are processed via Google Pay, but when I check my Google Play account, there is no active subscription listed under Shortmax Innovations or any related service. This means I cannot cancel it myself, even though the charges keep appearing. I have already contacted Shortmax Innovations about this issue, but have not received any response so far. I request that Shortmax Innovations immediately cancel this subscription on their end, disable any auto-renewal associated with my details, and refund the unauthorized or duplicate charges totaling about $39.98. I also expect written confirmation that no further charges will be made without my explicit consent.
