Subscription Not Authorized but Shortmax Keeps Charging Weekly

I am filing this complaint against Shortmax Innovation because I am being charged for a service that I never subscribed to, and the charges are continuing despite a previous promise that they would stop. On my account, I was first charged 12.99 every week starting on 03/07/26. Then, as of 03/22/26, the weekly amount increased to 19.99 without my consent. In total, approximately 44 dollars have been taken from my account so far. At no point did I knowingly sign up for any subscription or authorize these recurring payments. I contacted Shortmax Innovation about these unauthorized charges and received an email stating that I would no longer be charged. However, even after this confirmation, the charges have continued, which is very frustrating and unacceptable. I request an immediate cancellation of any subscription or service linked to my details and a full refund of all amounts charged to me without my consent. I also expect written confirmation that the subscription has been cancelled and that no further charges will be made to my account.
