ShortMax - Watch Dramas & Show Cancellation And Refund Issue
I recently discovered that I have an automatically renewing subscription with Shortmax, which is being charged directly to my bank card for 9.99 USD per week. I noticed this for the first time today, on March 2, 2026. The subscription does not appear under my Apple ID subscriptions, so I have no option there to cancel it, yet the payments are still being taken from my card. I did not find any clear way to manage or stop this subscription, and because it is billed directly to my card, I am concerned that these weekly charges will continue without my consent or control. I have not yet contacted Shortmax customer support or my bank, as I am first trying to resolve directly with the company. I request that my Shortmax subscription be cancelled immediately and that the 9.99 USD charged be fully refunded to my card. I also ask for written confirmation that no further payments will be taken from my card in the future.
