Shortmax Subscription Charged After Cancellation on iPhone
I voluntarily purchased the weekly Pass Pro subscription in the Shortmax app on my iPhone. Later, I canceled my subscription through the app. Despite this, the system continued the subscription on its own and began charging my account automatically without my knowledge.
On February 3, 2026, I was charged $14, and on February 10, 2026, I was charged $14 again for a subscription that I had already canceled. These charges were taken even though the subscription had been canceled and were not transactions that I knowingly approved or authorized. I have not yet contacted Shortmax customer service or Apple App Store support regarding this issue.
I request a full refund of the $14 charged on February 3, 2026, and the $14 charged on February 10, 2026, for the canceled subscription. I also request that my subscription and my account within the app be completely terminated.
