Shortmax Keeps Charging $10 Weekly After Subscription Cancellation

I voluntarily purchased the weekly “Pass Pro” subscription on the Shortmax app and later canceled the subscription. However, despite canceling it, the system continued the subscription on its own and started charging me automatically without my knowledge or consent.

Each renewal charges approximately $10 from my credit card ending in 9030. The most recent unauthorized charge was made on January 2, 2026, again without my permission or approval. Even though I canceled the subscription through the app, the system continued to take payments, which has caused me serious financial harm.

I contacted Shortmax by email at least three times regarding this issue. They asked me to provide receipts or payment documents, but no receipts are generated for these charges, and I do not receive any payment confirmation emails when the amounts are charged to my credit card. For this reason, I can only share my credit card statement or screenshots from within the app. This issue occurs only with the Shortmax subscription.

I am requesting that Shortmax immediately and permanently cancel my weekly Pass Pro subscription, refund all amounts charged to my card without my consent after cancellation, and provide me with written confirmation and information regarding this matter.
