How to Cancel Shortmax TV Subscription and Stop Billing
On December 12, 2025, I purchased a weekly Shortmax TV subscription through Shortmax. Before the subscription period ended, I wanted to cancel it. However, I never received any email confirmation or subscription details related to Shortmax TV in my inbox, so I was unable to complete the cancellation on my own. Despite this, the renewal fee has continued to be automatically charged to my credit card every week.
I contacted Shortmax to report the unauthorized and unfair charges made to my card, but I have not received any response so far. Even though I later canceled the subscription, an attempt is still being made to charge $59.99 to my card every week. The last four digits of my card are 1116.
I request that my Shortmax TV subscription be completely canceled, that all unauthorized charges be fully refunded to me, and that no further automatic billing attempts be made to my card under any circumstances.
