ShortMax Innovations Charging Without Subscription

I downloaded the ShortMax Innovations app from the U.S. App Store only to see what it was like, and I have never purchased or activated any subscription. Despite this, on February 20, 2026 I noticed that I was being billed as if I were a VIP member, even though I have no active subscription showing in my Apple subscriptions. So far, I have been charged three times, with a total of approximately $22. When I checked my Apple ID subscriptions, there was no record of any ShortMax subscription to cancel. Inside the ShortMax app there is no real option to cancel either, only a non-functional or phony email contact, so I am unable to stop these charges from my side. I also contacted Apple Support, but they could not find any subscription entry to cancel. I request a full refund of all unauthorized amounts charged so far, immediate cancellation of any ShortMax VIP status or hidden subscription linked to my account, and a clear confirmation that no future charges will be made.
