ShortMax subscription doesn’t show in settings but keeps billing me, how do I cancel it?

If ShortMax doesn’t appear but still charges you,

Find where the subscription is active;

• Check:
– iPhone → Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
– Android → Google Play → Subscriptions
– PayPal → Automatic Payments
– Bank → recurring payments

• Important:
– It may be linked to a different account or platform
– Deleting the app does NOT stop billing

Search your email;

• Look for:
– ShortMax receipts or signup emails

Cancel from the correct source;

• Do:
– Cancel directly via App Store / Google / PayPal / website
– Confirm it shows “inactive”

If you still can’t find it;

• Contact:

• Write:
– “I’m being charged but can’t find my subscription. Cancel immediately.”

Block future charges;

• Contact bank:
– Block merchant or recurring payments

If charges continue;
