Unable To Cancel Shortmax Subscription

I have a Shortmax subscription that I have been trying to cancel, but there is no effective way to do so, and I am extremely frustrated with the situation. The service claims that the subscription can be cancelled through an iPhone, but instead Shortmax continues to take payments directly from my bank account via direct debit. There is no clear option or working prompt to cancel, and I cannot reach any customer service. Unwanted charges have been taken from my account multiple times, once a month since January, and the debits only appear on my online bank statement under the name “Shortmax” without any reference or subscription number. I have attempted to contact Shortmax via email, but I have received no response and still have no way to stop these charges through the company itself. I request that my Shortmax subscription be cancelled immediately and that all unwanted monthly charges taken from my bank account be refunded. I also expect written confirmation that the subscription has been terminated and that no further debits will be taken from my account.
