Short Max Ignores Cancellation Requests and Keeps Subscription Active

I have a subscription with Short Max, and I have been trying to cancel it since March 16. I sent three separate cancellation requests by email. In response, I received an automatic reply stating that there is no need to reply to the email and that my issue would be processed within 3 days, but nothing has been resolved, and my subscription is still active. Despite following the instructions and waiting for the stated period, my cancellation has not been completed, which is causing both inconvenience and the risk of being charged further. My Short Max user ID is 191765906. I request that my Short Max subscription be cancelled immediately and that all charges applied after my first cancellation attempt on March 16 be fully refunded. I also expect written confirmation that the cancellation has been processed and that no further charges will be made.
