Request For ShortMax Subscription Cancellation

I have a weekly subscription with ShortMax, accessed via their website on my Android phone, and I have been trying unsuccessfully to cancel it. I first attempted to cancel on 03/13, and then again on 03/20 and 03/27, but the cancellation option does not come up on the website. The app also does not allow me to complete the cancellation. Despite my attempts to stop the service, I have been charged three times, each time $19.99, for a total of $59.97. I emailed ShortMax at [email protected] about this problem, but I did not receive any effective response or resolution, and the subscription has remained active. I request that my weekly subscription be cancelled immediately and that I receive written confirmation that the subscription has been terminated so that no further charges are made.
