Shortmax Innovation Must Refund Unauthorized Card Charges

I noticed that money was withdrawn from my account without my knowledge or consent by a site called Shortmax Innovation. My daughter had signed up for this site, and although she later canceled her membership, several charges were still made to my card in November in different amounts. The first charge was approximately 600 TL, the next was around 800 TL, and the most recent was 899.74 TL—all payments that were not authorized by me.

Even though my daughter terminated the membership, the fact that these amounts continued to be charged to my card is both illegal and extremely distressing. Moreover, the amounts charged are very high compared to similar digital platforms, and I cannot understand why these fees were taken.

I request that all amounts charged to my card by Shortmax Innovation, including the most recent 899.74 TL transaction, be fully and immediately refunded, and that these unauthorized charges be permanently stopped.
