Shortmax Makes Duplicate Subscription Charges in One Day
Although I subscribed to the Shortmax app only once, my card was charged three times yesterday and today, with each charge of 437 TL, for a total of three unauthorized subscription charges in a single day. Even though I only started the subscription once, these duplicate charges on the same day have caused me serious inconvenience.
So far, I have not contacted my bank or Shortmax customer service, but I request a full refund of all the unjust and excessive charges and that my subscription be canceled. I also request that the necessary checks be performed urgently so that no further charges are made to my card without my consent.
