Shortmax Unauthorized Subscription Charge From My Account

Even though I never made any subscription or gave any authorization to Shortmax, an amount of ₺443 was deducted from my VakıfBank account. This has now happened for the second time in a row, and I have never registered, subscribed, or approved any membership with Shortmax in any way. When I contacted my bank, they stated that they could not take any action regarding this transaction. I am also unable to reach Shortmax, and this situation has caused me both financial and emotional distress. I demand that Shortmax immediately refund the unauthorized charge of ₺443 taken without my knowledge or consent and provide me with a written and official confirmation ensuring that this issue will not occur again.
