Falla App Fails to Reward Active Users in Knight Room

I was using a weekly subscription in the Sohortmax app. Although I canceled my subscription on the app on December 11, 2025, payments have continued to be charged to my card for the past two weeks without my permission or consent. Two charges have been made from my card—one for about 438 TL and the other for about 439 TL.
Even though I canceled the subscription in time, I was wrongly charged, and this has caused me distress. It is unacceptable that these charges continue despite the cancellation I made within the app.
I have tried to contact the app’s support and relevant channels, but I have not been able to reach anyone and cannot access customer service. Therefore, I request that the full amount charged be refunded to my card and that I be given written confirmation that my subscription has been fully terminated. If this is not resolved, I will pursue my rights by filing a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) and relevant authorities.
