Unable To Cancel ShortMax Subscription

On March 18, I subscribed to a Shortmax subscription and on the very same day I sent an email to the support address they provided, clearly requesting the cancellation of my subscription. I received an automatic reply stating that my issue would be resolved within 3 days, but no one has contacted me and nothing has been done about my request. Despite my cancellation request, Shortmax continues to charge me. Today I have been charged 12.79 USD again via my USA Chase Bank card, and the subscription does not appear in my Apple subscriptions, so I cannot cancel it from there either. I have already written to their support email, but I have not received any response beyond the initial automatic message. I request that my Shortmax subscription be cancelled immediately and that the 12.79 USD charged after my cancellation request be refunded to my account. I also expect written confirmation that my subscription has been terminated and that no further charges will be made.
