I have been charged for a TV shows subscription with Short Maxx Innovation that I never intended to purchase and I would like this situation to be resolved. While I was only trying to view information on my phone, the subscription appears to have been activated accidentally through face recognition, and I did not knowingly approve or confirm this purchase. Since last month, I have been charged several times for this unwanted subscription through my Apple credit, including a 19.99 charge just a few minutes ago. When I checked my Apple ID subscriptions to cancel it, there was no active subscription listed, and the system informed me that I should contact you directly. Because of this, I have been unable to cancel the service on my own. I request that this TV show subscription with Short Maxx Innovation be cancelled immediately so that no further charges are made to my credit card or Apple account, and that, if possible, I am refunded at least the most recent 19.99 charge that was just taken without my clear and intentional consent.
