I have a problem with the Short Max application, where I have a weekly subscription that I am unable to cancel. I started the weekly subscription about two weeks ago, and today an amount of 9.99 USD was deducted from my Mastercard. Inside the Short Max app there is no visible option or button to cancel the subscription, and the deductions continue automatically from my card without my approval for further renewals. I searched for a support or contact section within the application, but I could not find any way to reach customer service or technical support to resolve this issue. I request that my weekly subscription on Short Max be cancelled immediately so that no further amounts are deducted from my Mastercard. I also request a refund of the 9.99 USD that was taken today; however, even if a refund is not possible, my main demand is that the subscription be fully cancelled and any future charges stopped.
