Shortmax Unauthorized Charges – Cancel Subscription and Get Refund
I am a Shortmaxx user and requested the cancellation of my subscription on 24 March 2026. Despite this clear request, Shortmaxx has continued to charge me 19.99 weekly for the weeks in March and April, and I have not received any proper response regarding the cancellation. After noticing that I was still being charged, I contacted Shortmaxx via email. I only received an automated reply and no further information or support, and my subscription has neither been cancelled nor have the extra charges been addressed. My user ID on your system is 35092903. I request that my Shortmaxx subscription be cancelled immediately and that all amounts wrongfully charged after my cancellation request on 24 March 2026 be fully refunded as soon as possible.
