Shortmax İnnovations, Unable To Cancel
I have been charged since March 5, 2026, for a total of $114.00. I am being charged every week $19.99 each time. I tried to cancel ShortMax via email on March 19, 2026, but the charges have continued.
I have contacted my credit card company and attempted to block the charges, but they are still being deducted from my account, to the point that I am considering canceling all of my credit cards.
I request that the subscription be canceled immediately, that the total amount of $114.00 be refunded, and that I receive confirmation that no further charges will be made.
They claim my account cannot be found, yet they are still charging me $19.99 per week, and my cancellation request has not been processed. I cannot say I am pleased with this situation.
