Hidden Cancellation On Shortmax App
I am using the Shortmax app on my iPhone through the US App Store and have been charged 9.99 USD per week without the option to cancel the subscription through my Apple subscription settings. The Shortmax subscription has never appeared in my subscriptions section on my iPhone, so I have not been able to cancel it myself. Because of this, I have been charged 9.99 USD every week from 03/09/2026 up to today. In March, I sent a message to Shortmax requesting cancellation of my subscription, but I did not receive any reply, and the charges continued. I find it unacceptable that I cannot manage this subscription through the normal Apple subscription section and that my written request to cancel has been ignored. I request that my Shortmax subscription be canceled immediately and that all weekly charges of 9.99 USD from 03/09/2026 until today be fully refunded. I can provide Apple receipts, order IDs, or screenshots of the charges as evidence if needed. I expect this issue to be resolved promptly and in full.
