I Was Charged By Shortmax Without Access

I signed up for a weekly Shortmax subscription for $15.99 on 3/18/2026 using my bank card. After this first payment, I did not receive any access to the subscription, and I was then told a few days later that I needed to make another payment of $12.99. I made this second payment and only then got access. Later on, I was charged again, this time $19.99, even though I had already requested to cancel my account and asked for a refund for the subscription I never initially received. In total, I have been charged $48.97. I contacted Shortmax support and was asked to provide proof of payment and screenshots, which I sent. Despite this, my account kept getting charged again instead of being cancelled as requested. My Shortmax user ID is 18091432, and all payments were taken from my bank card. I request that my Shortmax account be fully cancelled, that any ongoing charges be stopped immediately, and that I receive a full refund for all unjustified charges, including the subscription I never had access to at first and the additional amounts taken afterwards.
