Shopify Order Not Shipped and No Refund Provided—Requesting Immediate Action

I ordered a camera from the Diji Cam page hosted on Shopify, but I have received no updates about my purchase. The product is still listed on their page, and while it appears in my orders section, there is no progress on shipping or delivery. I’ve tried contacting the seller, but they are unreachable, and even the contact form doesn’t work.
This lack of communication is unacceptable. I am now requesting a full refund, as it seems impossible to resolve this directly with the seller. Shopify must take responsibility for ensuring a secure and reliable experience for customers using their platform. Please process my refund immediately and review the seller to prevent further issues for other buyers.
