Shopify Diji Cam Order Delayed with No Updates, Requesting Refund

I placed an order for a camera from the Diji Cam page on Shopify.com, but I have received no updates about the product. The item still appears on their page, and while my order is visible in the "My Orders" section, there has been no shipping confirmation or communication.

Attempts to contact the seller have been unsuccessful, and the communication form on their site doesn’t even open. This lack of response is unacceptable.

I am requesting an immediate refund for the product I paid for but never received. Shopify must address this issue promptly and ensure customers are not left without support or their money.
