Ordered Camera Missing on Shopify.com, No Updates or Refund
I ordered a camera from the Diji Cam page on Shopify.com, but I haven’t received any updates or information about the product for days. Despite the item still being listed on their page, my order doesn’t appear in the "My Orders" section of the site. It’s as if my order never existed.
It feels like my money has been taken without any intention of delivering the camera. I’ve waited long enough and demand an immediate refund. This lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable. Shopify should take responsibility and ensure this issue is resolved promptly. Please address my concern and return my money without further delay.
