Soppeda Shopify Order Not Delivered, No Customer Support Available

I placed an order through Shopify with Soppeda, but the products have not been delivered, and I can’t reach anyone for support. I’ve tried calling and messaging every contact number I could find, but no one has responded. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay for items and then be left without any updates or assistance.
I don’t know how else to get in touch with the company, so I’m requesting urgent help to resolve this issue. Either deliver my order or provide a full refund. This lack of communication and service is unacceptable. Shopify and Soppeda need to take responsibility and address this promptly.
