I Paid for Temporary Tattoos from Snapstattoo on Shopify but Got No Response or Product
I placed a paid order for a temporary arm tattoo through a Shopify seller named Snapstattoo. I have both the payment receipt and a screenshot of the email confirmation I received at the time of purchase. Despite this, I haven’t received my order—or any communication—from the seller.
Since the day I placed the order, I’ve sent multiple messages and emails, but I’ve been completely ignored. I’m not the only one facing this issue; there are dozens of others in the same situation, all left without responses or products. The seller appears to be completely unresponsive and neglectful.
What’s most disappointing is that this happened through Shopify, a platform known for its reliability and global reputation. I expected far better protection as a consumer. I’m asking Shopify to take accountability for the sellers it hosts and to ensure I receive either the product I paid for or a full refund immediately. This kind of disregard for customer trust cannot be tolerated. Please take the necessary action without delay.
