Paid for a Watch on Shopify, But It Never Arrived

I purchased a watch from the brand Potentia on Shopify.com and paid in full, yet it has been five days, and I still haven’t received my order.
I tried reaching out to the seller through WhatsApp, Instagram, and email, but I haven’t received any response. When I check the tracking number, it only says “order in transit”, but the package never arrives.
Shopify, I demand action! Where is my order? Either deliver my watch immediately or issue a full refund. If this is how sellers operate on your platform, then you need to step in and hold them accountable. I expect a resolution now!
