Yves Saint Laurent Perfume Caused Skin Irritation And Smelled Spoiled
I purchased a Yves Saint Laurent Y EDP 100ML perfume from the official YSL seller on Trendyol. Around 15–20 days after buying it, I opened the package to use it for the first time. The moment I sprayed it on my skin, it caused irritation and redness.
In addition, the fragrance was neither long-lasting on fabric nor on my skin, and it did not resemble the original YSL perfume scent. I am certain the product was authentic since I purchased it from the authorized seller, but it reached me in a spoiled or defective condition. The scent was harsh, and the skin reaction it caused proves that the product was not in proper condition.
Now, Trendyol is refusing my return request, citing that the 15-day return period under the distance sales agreement has passed. However, this is not acceptable since the product is defective and poses a health risk. For this reason, I am requesting a full refund of the perfume and immediate resolution of my complaint.
