Where's My Shiny Force Sweatshirt? No Updates, No Product

Shiny Force was the vendor from whom I purchased a sweatshirt; however, I cannot track my order, and it has yet to be delivered. I have not received any messages from anyone, and there has been no change in the situation for several days. Someone, please contact me or, at the very least, send my order. This makes me very nervous. If you're interested, my order number is 239935175. Shiny Force appears to have stopped using Shopier as a sales platform, preventing me from even requesting a refund. This is beyond frustrating; all I want is my sweatshirt or, at the very least, an update on the status of my order.
