Shiny Force Sent Wrong Size and Ignored My Messages


On March 2, 2026, I ordered an XS size product from the Rumi Collection 0.2 series through Shiny Force’s official website. However, when I received the package, I realized that an XL size was sent instead of XS. My order number is #41280, and I paid approximately $46 by credit card. The product was delivered to my address under the name A**** E*****.
After receiving the incorrect item, I contacted the company on March 12 via both their WhatsApp contact number and Instagram account to report the issue. Despite this, I have not received any response to date and have not been given any information regarding my problem.
I request that the incorrectly sent product be collected and that the XS size item I originally ordered be delivered to me as soon as possible. I also expect to be contacted regarding this issue and that my inconvenience be resolved.
