Shiny Force Not Sending My Order and Not Responding
On the evening of November 17, 2025, I purchased a product called Shiny Force Darkness Blue Rhinest from the Shiny Force website under order number 37561, paying a total of $37 USD with my payroll card. However, even after several days, the order status still only shows “Created,” with no shipping information or any other update.
I tried multiple times to contact the company through their WhatsApp line, but I received no response at all, and they cannot be reached by phone either. The product is neither being shipped nor is any information being provided. This situation is extremely frustrating and creates a sense of distrust.
I request that the product I paid for be shipped immediately and that my tracking information be provided to me. Otherwise, I expect a prompt refund of the amount I paid. If necessary, I am prepared to file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee.
