I received wrong items from Shiny Force and no reply, what can I do now?

Complaints show Shiny Force sometimes sends completely different items (wrong size, model, or product) and then ignores messages, leaving buyers without support.

You should first document everything clearly—photos of the wrong item, packaging, and your original order—to prove the mismatch.

Since receiving the wrong item means the seller didn’t fulfill the contract, you have the right to demand a replacement or full refund, not partial compensation. Send one final message requesting a clear resolution within a short deadline and keep proof of your attempt.

If there is still no reply, contact your bank or card provider and file a chargeback for “item not as described,” which is a valid dispute reason globally.
