Shiny Force Sent the Wrong Hoodie and Won’t Respond to My Return Requests

On December 31, 2024, at 5:42 PM, I ordered a hooded sweatshirt from Shiny Force (Order #28137). However, the product I received looked different from the photos, and I didn’t like it. I immediately tried to initiate a return or exchange, but for the past week, I’ve received no response.

I have messaged their WhatsApp support and contacted them through their website multiple times, yet no one replies. It’s unacceptable that a company completely ignores its customers after sending the wrong product. Shiny Force needs to respond, honor their return policy, and allow me to exchange or return this item. Their lack of customer service is incredibly frustrating!
