Shiny Force Ignored My Size Exchange Request for Weeks
I purchased the New ERA Navy Blue Zip from the Shiny Force website. I live in Sincan, Ankara, and requested an exchange because the item did not fit properly. Initially, I wanted to exchange it for one size smaller.
Since May 23, I have regularly contacted the store by both phone and text. Every time, I am told, “We will get back to you,” but no action is taken. They repeat the same response approximately every four days without providing clear information or completing the exchange. Their lack of attention throughout this process makes me feel as though I am not being taken seriously.
After this experience, I no longer want to order the item in a smaller size. Shopping from Shiny Force again feels too risky because the company offers no solution even when I manage to reach someone. I am requesting a full refund and an explanation of why I was kept waiting for so long. If my complaint is not resolved promptly, I will pursue all available legal and administrative remedies.
