Shiny Force Sent a Pink Bunny Crop That Does Not Match the Photos

On July 23, I ordered the pink “Reen Drop Pink Bunny Crop” shirt from the Shiny Force website, and it arrived on July 28. However, the product I received does not match the website photos at all. The print, design, and overall appearance are completely different from the product shown online.

As soon as the order arrived, I contacted Shiny Force several times through its WhatsApp support line and Instagram accounts. Even though I messaged during business hours, I received no response. I have been waiting for days, but no one has addressed my problem, and my messages continue to be ignored.

I have been inconvenienced by both the incorrect product and the company’s lack of communication. I am requesting either the correct product shown in the listing or a full refund of the amount I paid. I expect Shiny Force to respond promptly and resolve this issue without further delay.
