Still No Tracking or Delivery for Shiny Force Sweatshirt After 2 Weeks

It’s been two weeks since I placed my order for a Shiny Force sweatshirt, and I still haven’t received it. I don’t even have a tracking number. I loved the product and was really excited, but there’s been no update beyond a simple "order received" message. I’ve tried contacting via DM and WhatsApp, but there’s no response. I need help getting my order or at least some tracking information. Please resolve this as soon as possible!
