Shell's Misleading Promotions and Frustrating Customer Service

Shell is running a promotion, but they conveniently ignore it afterward. This is nowhere stated in their advertisements, posters at the gas pumps, or brochures at the cashier. They simply state that it is limited to 8 times per person and then refuse to participate. When we try to join via SMS, they give us insufficient information. My license plate number is 34***3738. When I called the customer service line, the representative was extremely rude, treating us as if we were enemies. They advised us to read the small print online. What kind of reasoning is that? You laid everything out in front of us; it should be obvious. It should not be the customer's responsibility to discover hidden information. I demand that this discriminatory customer service representative be fired and that my points be credited. Shell's campaign has been a frustrating experience, and their customer service could use some work.

Customer service is very bad and needs to change. They should answer the phone 24 hours a day. You are a global brand, but they behave very poorly on the phone.
