Shell Charged Full Price for Starbucks Cold Coffees Despite Advertised Discount
I just bought 3 cold coffees from the Starbucks located at the Shell Sefaköy İstanbul branch. They were advertised with a 20% discount, but when I made the purchase, they charged me the full price without applying the discount. Because of being on a long journey, I was unable to go back and deal with this matter. Kindly forward this issue to the appropriate departments. I kindly ask for a prompt resolution.
