SHEIN Order Quality Issues - No Free Return Label, Request For Refund

I placed an order with SHEIN on November 12, 2025, under the order number GSO1Q140S00TFG4, which included 4 bras. After receiving the items and trying them, I realized that I am not satisfied with the fabric and overall quality of the bras. They do not meet my expectations in terms of material and workmanship, so I decided to return them. When I contacted SHEIN customer service, they stated that they were sorry for the inconvenience but that, according to their policy, they do not provide free return shipping. As a customer who is dissatisfied with the quality of the products, I find it unfair to bear the return shipping costs in this situation. I have not shipped the bras yet, as I am waiting for SHEIN to provide a free return label. I kindly request that a free return shipping label be provided for this order so that I can return the 4 bras and complete the process without additional cost to me.
