Shein Return Policy Issue — Package Delivered by Cargox but Returns Not Accepted

On December 11, 2025, I received my Shein order, which included a sweatshirt and a t-shirt. My order number is GSO14A38S00X099. Unfortunately, the quality was far below my expectations—the fabric felt almost like plastic, and the items were made from extremely poor-quality material. For that reason, I wanted to return them.
However, I encountered a major issue when trying to process the return. The delivery company, Cargox, told me they only handle deliveries and do not accept returns. The app also didn’t provide any return courier options. When I reached out to Shein customer service, I was told the return address was in Hong Kong and that I would need to pay an additional $17 just to ship the items back. The total amount I originally paid was $62, and having to pay such a high extra fee made the situation feel even more unfair. On top of that, customer service responses were slow and not helpful.
This was my first time shopping on Shein, and the entire experience has been extremely disappointing. I am requesting a full refund and a free return shipping option.
