Shein Surprise Box Order Not Delivered – Requesting Refund

I participated in Shein's surprise box promotion and paid for my order, yet my package has not arrived. Either they should send my shipment or issue a full refund. It’s disappointing to experience this kind of deception—it discourages trust in online shopping altogether. I made the payment on October 18, 2024, at 18:10 and have already sent proof of payment. Despite my efforts, there’s been no update on the order status. I expect Shein to resolve this issue promptly and uphold the service they promised.
