Paid for SHEIN Mystery Box but No Product Delivered, Requesting Refund or Delivery

I purchased a mystery box from SHEIN and paid for it, including the shipping fees two or three times, yet no product has been delivered to me. This is extremely disappointing, especially from such a well-known brand. If you aren’t going to deliver the product, stop promoting it. Either send me the product I paid for or issue a full refund. This experience has been a complete letdown, and I hope for a swift resolution to this problem.
