Paid for SHEIN Surprise Box but Received Nothing
I recently purchased a surprise box from SHEIN, and a payment of ₺78.26 was taken from my account. However, I didn’t receive any confirmation by message or email, leaving me with no information about my purchase status. I have the transaction receipts and screenshots as proof of payment. It’s extremely disappointing and feels dishonest to take customers' money without delivering the promised items. I want my money refunded immediately, as this situation is unacceptable. Like many others who have experienced similar issues, I simply want the return of my money.
